BIOGRAPHY
Gerald S. Hawkins has a B.Sc. in Physics and Pure mathematics
from London University, and from The Victoria University of
Manchester a Ph.D and D.Sc. in Astronomy. He has written10 books and
some 150 articles on Astronomy and Geophysics. In his Crop
Circle work he has followed the late Lord Zuckerman's advice
by testing first the hoax theory. He finds the intellectual
profile of the makers involves mathematics, geometry and music.
So far none of the known hoaxers have shown any knowledge of,
or interest in, diatonic ratios or the new Euclidean geometry
shown in crop formations from 1980 to the present.
